Just came across your website and saw this post when I was browsing the recent posts. I used to love this instant noodle when I was growing up (I'm Indonesian living in Dallas now)... until I discovered Korean's Shin Ramyun =D Spicy and soo gooooddddd!!
For Indonesian instant noodles I like Indomie Goreng Pedas (Spicy fried noodle) and Mie Sedap (the brand) Mie Goreng Rasa Sambal (fried noodle sambal flavor). Absolutely delish although I found that Mie Sedap is harder to find here than others.

Another one that we all (almost all) Indonesian know how to make is the noodle omelet using Indomie Rasa Kari (Indomie curry flavor), corned beef, and 2 eggs. Eaten with ABC sambal extra pedas (extra spicy chili sauce). Hmm.. I haven't eaten this dish in ages, think I'll make one soon coz I'm drooling now ahaha..
