This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Avocados from Mexico. All opinions are 100% mine.
We love avocados. Really, we do. One of the things that we liked least about living in Alaska was that it was hard to find good avocados and, when we did, they were extremely expensive. Now that we’re back in TX, that isn’t an issue any more. Avocados are everywhere. And they’re cheap, which means we get to eat a lot more of them. they’re perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a great snack.
So when our friends at Avocados from Mexico asked me to share their Wake Up a Winner Sweepstakes with you, I was more tan happy to take up the banner and wave it high. Why? Because I want one of you to win either the daily $200 grocery gift card, or better yet, the grand prize of a trip to the gorgeous Napa Valley, California and a stay in a local Bed and Breakfast. (Yes, the Napa Valley is as gorgeous as you’ve heard. i know, I grew up right next to it. You want this. You do.)
To enter: swing by and visit Avocados From Mexico on Facebook, like the page, then click enter. From there, just fill in the form and you’re all set. You have to visit between April 4th and May 6th though, so hurry over.
Now. while you’re waiting to see if you’ve won something cool, why not whip up this recipe for breakfast? It’s simple, delicious and packed with all kinds of goodness.
