Passover Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Oil
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Potato starch
  • 1 cup Nuts, chopped

Method:

Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add oil. Then add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F. for half an hour in a 9 inch spare pan.
